Do you manage the entire project from start to finish?

Yes. We offer a full "turnkey" service. We can handle everything from the initial design and planning phase all the way to the final paint finish. We manage the stress of the build so you can sit back and relax.

Can I use my own tradespeople (e.g., my own plumber)?

Absolutely. We are flexible and happy to work alongside any specific trades you wish to use. Alternatively, if you only require us to build a "watertight shell" and leave the internal fitting and finishing to you, we can accommodate that.

How much will my project cost?

Costs vary depending on the size and complexity of your project. However, we believe in total transparency. We will send you a fixed estimate that lists exactly what is included—and just as importantly, what isn't. This ensures there are no hidden costs down the line.

When are payments made?

We want you to feel secure throughout the build. When you receive your fixed estimate, we will also provide a payment schedule for your approval. Payments are scheduled according to specific Building Control stages. This means you only release funds when milestones are met, keeping you in control.

How long will my project take to complete?

We provide a realistic timeline and a detailed "program of works" before we begin. While construction can sometimes be affected by weather or material availability, we pride ourselves on efficient project management and will keep you updated on our progress every step of the way.

Can I live in the property during the build?

In most cases (such as extensions or loft conversions), yes. We understand that your house is your home, not just a building site. We prioritise safety and cleanliness, partitioning off working areas to minimise dust and disruption to your daily routine as much as possible.

What happens if I want to make changes during the project?

We understand that ideas evolve once you see the space taking shape. If you wish to add or change something, we will discuss the feasibility and provide a clear quote for the extra work. This must be agreed upon in writing before the additional work starts, ensuring the final bill remains predictable.

Are you fully insured?

Absolutely. We hold full Public Liability Insurance and Employers’ Liability Insurance. We are happy to provide copies of our insurance certificates before the contract is signed for your complete peace of mind.
